Christmas 2021 Gift Pick Up

This year’s Jackson Healthcare Christmas is going to be very similar to last year’s out of an overabundance of caution and safety. Once again, we will not have a party this year – but will still have a gift pick up to make sure your foster children have a wonderful Christmas!

Please take a moment to fill out the form below to help us organize the gifts to make for a speedier process (so if you are not sure which day you will be able to pick the gifts up, just choose “not sure” and we will be ready for you.

If you need your FaithBridge Family Consultant or another family member to pick up your gifts, please indicate that here as well – those names will be required to get onto the Jackson Healthcare campus as well as to pick up the gifts.
