Foster Care can often be so challenging, we aren’t sure how we can go on doing it. At this year’s Institute we will claim the promise of Philippians 4:19 that we are called to do this work, we are carried by a caring God, and we are capable because He has equipped us.

Tera Melber has dedicated her life to Gospel-centered foster care, adoption, kinship family advocacy, trauma education, and parent education and coaching. Read Tera’s bio here.

Isaac Melber, shaped by his adoption story and the redemptive grace of the gospel, he is an advocate for adoption and the author of the upcoming book, Twice Delivered: A Story of Two Families, Two Worlds, and One Redeeming Love.  Read Isaac’s bio here. 

NEWLY ANNOUNCED: EJ Hughes will lead worship for the day. EJ is the Associate Worship Pastor at First Baptist Church Woodstock. He and his wife fostered and adopted so they have a deep compassion for this ministry.
